    Do your research before you write an article, there are so many untrue statements here it is so sad – it is NOT mainly unactive youth who are affected!!!! You can not cure AS, you can have it go into remission, but it will never go away. This article is crap and shame on the author!

      I disagree, I’ve been in remission for 4 years now, I regularly Consume an anti-inflammatory diet, no gluten or dairy. Vitamin d has been proven to be anti-inflammatory, as has ginger. The article is pretty much exactly what I did to achieve my remission and it’s almost the same as many ra diets. Starch and carbs are not mutually exclusive for sure, that needs addressing.
